Teilnahmebedingungen Wort im Bild 2024

1. Mit der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb erklären Sie sich mit diesen Teilnahmebedingungen vollständig einverstanden.
   Änderungen oder der Ausschluss dieser Bedingungen, auch nur teilweise, sind nicht möglich.
2. Die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ist frei. Es gibt keine Teilnahmegebühr.
3. Einreichungen müssen bis zum 16.Mai 2024  auf die Homepage www.wortimbild.at geladen werden. Das Einreichsystem wird um 22 Uhr geschlossen.
4. Pro Teilnehmer*in  darf nur eine Arbeit eingereicht werden.
5. Eingereicht  können ausschließlich Arbeiten, die mit Mitteln der Fotografie (einschließlich Fotogramme, Collagen, Scans oder Ähnliches) hergestellt wurden.
6. Einreichungen via Email werden nicht akzeptiert.
7. Die hochgeladenen Dateien müssen den folgenden Formalkriterien entsprechen: JPEG, PNG  max. 9 MB
8. Die Ermittlung der GewinnerInnen erfolgt anonym und unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit durch eine Jury, deren Mitglieder von wortimbild frei gewählt werden.
   Gewinner*innen werden nach der Jurysitzung verständigt.
9. Alle übrigen Teilnehmer*innen werden nicht benachrichtigt. Sie können das Ergebnis auf www.wortimbild.at erfahren.
10. wortimbild übernimmt die Produktion der von der Jury ausgewählten Arbeiten für die anschließende Ausstellung.
    Die produzierten Arbeiten verbleiben im Besitz von wortimbild und können für Veranstaltungen bzw. Ausstellungszwecken verwendet werden.
11. Keine Einreichung darf die Urheber- oder Nutzungsrechte oder andere Rechte des geistigen Eigentums bzw. Persönlichkeitsrechte dritter Personen verletzen.
    Die Einreicher*innen garantieren dies und haften hierfür gegenüber wortimbild.
12. Mit der Registrierung für den Wettbewerb willigen die TeilnehmerInnen zur Registrierung und Speicherung Ihrer personen- und werkbezogenen Daten ein.
    Sie stimmen der öffentlichen Verwendung dieser Daten und ihrer eingereichten Arbeit im Zusammenhang mit den Aktivitäten von wortimbild zu.
13. Die Teilnehmer*innen räumen dem Veranstalter und seinen Veranstaltungspartnern ein nicht exklusives, weltweites Nutzungsrecht der von ihnen eingereichten Arbeiten und Texte im Zusammenhang mit dem Wettbewerb und der anschließenden Ausstellung ein.
14. Der Veranstalter und seine Veranstaltungspartner/Sponsoren dürfen die eingereichten Arbeiten und Texte im Zusammenhang mit dem Wettbewerb honorarfrei veröffentlichen und vervielfältigen.
15. Das inkludiert (nicht ausschließlich): die Präsentation der GewinnerInnen-Arbeiten in der abschließenden Ausstellung und anderen öffentlichen Ausstellungen, organisiert vom Wettbewerbsveranstalter oder seinen Veranstaltungspartnern. Alle Arten von Veröffentlichungen auf der Website des Veranstalters und der Veranstaltungspartner, weiters in Werbematerialien und sonstigen wettbewerbsbezogenen Produkten (wie Katalogen, Buch, u.a.) auch nach Abschluss der Ausstellung . Weitergabe dieser Rechte an Medien zur Veröffentlichung und Vervielfältigung im Rahmen von Berichterstattungen über den Wettbewerb und der Ausstellung. Diese Rechte schließen aber lediglich die nicht kommerzielle Nutzung ein. Sollte es zu einer kommerziellen Nutzung kommen, ist die ausdrückliche Zustimmung des Einreichers/der Einreicherin selbstverständlich erforderlich.
16. Auf das Preisgeld und die Produktion der Arbeit durch wortimbild und die Ausstellung der Arbeit besteht kein Rechtsanspruch. Jede Gewährleistung und Haftung von wortimbild und deren Vertragspartnern wird – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – ausgeschlossen.
17. Bei Unklarheiten oder Widersprüchen zwischen dem deutschsprachigem Original und einer fremdsprachigen Übersetzung der vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen gilt der deutschsprachige Text.
18. Diese Teilnahmebedingungen sind bindend.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION words in images 2024

1. By submitting work for this competition, the participants declare their acceptance of the conditions of participation listed below. Changes and exceptions to these conditions, in whole or in part, are not admissible.

2. Participation in this competition is free of charge: there is no entry fee.

3. Applications must be uploaded to the website www.wortimbild.at by the end of  16 th of May 2024.

4. The application procedure closes at 10 p.m (Central European Time) on that day.

5. Each applicant may submit only one work.

6. The works submitted must be created exclusively by means of photography (including photograms, photo-collage, scans, and similar methods).

7. Submissions by email will not be considered.

8. The application files uploaded must be in the following format:

1) JPEG file or PNG file

2) maximum of 9 MB file size.

9. The choice of winning entries will be anonymous and closed to the public, decisions are made by a jury, whose members are chosen by wortimbild.

10. The winners will be informed after the meeting of the jury.

All other participants will not be notified. You can view the results of the competition on www.wortimbild.at.

11. wortimbild will carry out the production of the works chosen by the jury for the subsequent exhibition.

12. The works produced in this way will remain the property of wortimbild and may be used by wortimbild for the purposes of exhibition.

13. No application submitted for this competition may infringe the moral rights, rights of authorship or any other rights of intellectual property of third parties.

By submitting an entry, the participants guarantee these rights, and are legally responsible for their protection.

14. By registering for this competition, the applicants consent to the registration and storage of the personal data submitted with the application. They hereby also consent to the publication of these data and of their submitted work, in the context of activities organised by wortimbild.

15. The participants grant to the organiser and its partners in the organisation of events a non-exclusive worldwide right of utilisation of their works in images and in text, in connection with the competition and the subsequent exhibition. The organiser and its partners or this event and their sponsors may publish and reproduce the works and texts submitted for this competition without fee. This includes (not exclusively):

– the presentation of winning works in the subsequent exhibition and other public exhibitions initiated by the organisers and their partners;

– all kinds of publication on the websites of the organisers and their partners, also in promotional material and other products related

to the competition (such as catalogues, book  etc.) during the exhibition

and thereafter;

– transfer of these rights to the media for the purposes of publication

and dissemination within the framework of reports about the competition and the exhibition;

– these rights are concerned only with non-commercial usage of the

work. Should the possibility of commercial uses arise, the organisers will, of course, request the specific consent of the participants.

16. There is no legal right to the prize monies and the production of the work or its exhibition by wortimbild. wortimbild and its contractual partners are hereby excluded from any liability, as applied by law.

17. In the case of ambiguity or contradiction between the original german text and any translation there of into another language, the german text of these conditions will have precedence.

18. The conditions stated herein are binding to all partners.

Conditions mot en image 2024

En soumettant leurs travaux à cette compétition, les participants déclarent accepter les conditions de participation décrites ci-dessous. Aucun changement ni exception de ces conditions, intégralement ou partiellement, ne sont admis.

2.La participation à cette compétition est libre : il n’y a pas de frais d’inscription.

3.Les projets doivent être uploadés via le site www.wortimbild.at jusqu’au soir du 16 mai 2024. Les envois seront pris en compte jusqu’à 22h précises (Fuseau horaire d’Europe Centrale).

4.Chaque participant ne peut présenter qu’un seul travail.

5.Les travaux présentés doivent être créés exclusivement à l’aide de moyens liés à la photographie (sont acceptés les photogrammes, collages photo, scans, ainsi que d’autres méthodes similaires).

6.Les envois par e-mail ne seront pas pris en compte.

7.Les fichiers des projets uploadés doivent être au format suivant :

fichier JPEG ou PNG
Un maximum de 9MB comme taille de fichier.

8.Le choix des travaux retenus se fera de manière anonyme et sera fermé au public. Les décisions sont prises par un jury, dont les membres sont choisis par Mot en image.

9.Les gagnants seront informés après la délibération du jury.

10.Aucun des autres participants ne sera contacté. Les résultats du concours seront consultables sur www.wortimbild.at.

11. Pour l’exposition résultant du concours, la production des travaux choisis par le jury est prise en charge par Mot en image.

12.Les travaux ainsi obtenus resteront la propriété de Mot en image, et pourront être utilisés par Mot en image pour le bien de l’exposition.

13.Aucun projet soumis à cette compétition ne doit enfreindre les droits moraux, droits d’auteur, ni quelconque autre droit sur la propriété intellectuelle ou d’une tierce-partie. En soumettant leurs travaux, les participants garantissent leurs droits, et sont légalement responsables de leur protection.

14.En s’inscrivant à ce concours, les participants consentent à l’enregistrement et au stockage des données personnelles transmises avec leur participation. Par conséquent, ils consentent aussi à sa publication dans le cadre d’activités organisées par Mot en image.

15.Dans le cadre d’organisation d’événements, les participants cèdent à l’organisateur et à ses partenaires un droit d’utilisation universel non exclusif de leurs travaux, en images et en textes, en lien avec la compétition et l’exposition qui en résulte. L’organisateur et ses partenaires d’événements, ainsi que leurs sponsors, se réservent le droit de publier et reproduire les travaux et textes présentés à la compétition, et ceci sans charges. Sont inclus (non exclusivement) :

la présentation de travaux gagnants à l’exposition découlant du concours, ainsi qu’à d’autres expositions publiques mises sur pied par les organisateurs et leurs partenaires ;
toutes sortes de publications sur les sites web des organisateurs et de leurs partenaires, aussi bien pour des contenus promotionnels que pour produits en relation avec la compétition (comme des catalogues, un livre etc.), pendant l’exposition et après celle-ci.
Le transfert de ces droits aux médias, pour des projets de publication et de diffusion, dans le cadre de reportages sur la compétition et l’exposition ;
Ces droits sont uniquement concernés par un usage non commercial des ?uvres. Si la possibilité d’un quelconque usage commercial venait à être envisagé, les organisateurs demanderaient évidemment l’accord spécifique des participants.

16.Il n’y a aucun droit légal quant au montant des prix ainsi qu’à la production des ?uvres ou de leur exposition par Mot en image. Mot en image et ses partenaires contractuels sont ici exclus de toute responsabilité, comme l’applique la loi.

17.Dans le cas d’ambigüité ou de contradictions entre le texte original allemand et toute traduction dans une autre langue, la version allemande de ces conditions sert de référence.

18.Les conditions citées ici s’appliquent à tous les partenaires.
